MSVR have an exciting couple of days racing this weekend (28th/29th May 2022), with some fantastic championships and series on display at two of the UK’s finest circuits.
The Masters Historic Festival returns to Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit for two days of racing nostalgia, with a plethora of high-octane machinery from over the years on display. Event headliners, the Masters Racing Legends, feature numerous three-litre F1 cars from the ‘70s and ‘80s and these will be sure to excite all those in attendance. Other highlights include: the Masters Endurance Legends for ‘90s and ‘00s Le Mans challengers, Masters Sports Car Legends for earlier ‘60s and ‘70s long-distance machinery and some sublime grids of GT cars from the Masters Gentleman Drivers, to name just a few.
Elsewhere, at Snetterton, a magnificent grid of Ferrari supercars will battle it out as the headline act of Ferrari Challenge UK’s latest meeting. The thoroughbred race cars are designed for pure speed, and will compete twice across the weekend with a pair of 30 minute races on the full 300 circuit. As well as the modern machinery in the Ferrari Challenge, there are separate contests for the Ferrari Formula Classic category, featuring retro Maranello favourites including: 328s, 348s, 355s, 550s and 456s. This will be the second round of Ferrari Challenge UK in 2022, following on from Oulton Park’s opener earlier in the month.
