MSVR are keenly looking ahead to this weekend’s (June 25th/26th) action, with a fantastic line-up of Championships and Series across two of the country’s top circuits - @Snetterton and @Donington Park.
Snetterton’s 300 circuit will play host to a decisive weekend in the GB3 Championship, as the two current championship protagonists are separated by just a solitary point – Fortec Motorsport’s Joel Granfors and Hitech GP’s Luke Browning. The GB4 Championship will also run throughout the weekend, with Max Marzorati chasing down current championship leader Nikolas Taylor, in what promises to be another competitive set of races.
Additionally at Snetterton, the prestigious British GT Championship will star on Sunday, with two one-hour long races sure to pique the interest of any spectator. Fans of Radical are in luck, as both their Challenge Championship and SR1 Cup will take to the track, offering fast, safe and exhilarating competition to all racers. Last but not least, the Snetterton-based race series Snetterton Saloons will also be on show, with five classes of fun.
Elsewhere, at Donington Park, a magnificent grid of Ferrari supercars will battle it out as the headline act of Ferrari Challenge UK’s latest meeting. The thoroughbred race cars are designed for pure speed, and will compete twice across the weekend with a pair of 30 minute races on the full 300 circuit. As well as the modern machinery in the Ferrari Challenge, there are separate contests for the Ferrari Formula Classic category, featuring retro Maranello favourites including: 328s, 348s, 355s, 550s and 456s. This will be the third round of Ferrari Challenge UK in 2022, following on from Oulton Park’s opener and the second round at Snetterton last month.
