MSVR is set for another invigorating weekend (July 30th/31st) of competitive motorsport, with the prestigious Silverstone GP circuit boasting an impressive and action-packed race programme. If that somehow wasn’t enough, it’s also the turn of the London E-Prix and MSVR are delighted to once again be involved with the fantastic event.
Headlining at Silverstone is the GB3 and GB4 championships. Since its inaugural season in 2013, the GB3 Championship has forged a reputation as the UK’s leading single-seater championship, with consistently strong grids and an emphasis on equality and affordability. After 15 rounds of the 2022 season, including a trip to Spa last time out, Hitech GP’s Luke Browning currently tops the drivers standings and the young Brit will be hoping to extend his points lead at Silverstone. The new-for-2022 sister GB4 Championship has already hosted a number of exciting rounds and we anticipate Silverstone to be no different.
There are plenty of other prestigious championships racing at Silverstone too, such as the GT Cup. Founded in 2007, the GT Cup has consistently produced top racing across its multitude of classes since inception in 2007. Moreover, Porsche Club will provide a fantastic spectacle for onlookers, with an epic combined-grid taking to the track. Petro-Canada Lubricants Porsche Club Championship with Pirelli, Autofarm Boxster Cup and 911 Challenge will all be in attendance. Entertainment will be heightened further courtesy of Radical, who bring both their Radical Challenge Championship and SR1 Cup to the Northamptonshire circuit. Expected strong grids from both the Monoposto Championship and Toyo 7 Race Series are reasons for enthusiasts to be excited, with both offering thrilling action apiece.
Alongside Silverstone, MSVR is geared up for a fabulous weekend at this year’s ABB FIA Formula E London E-Prix. The highly-anticipated 13th and 14th rounds of the 2022 season will take place within the historical heartland of East London’s Docklands, at a one-of-a-kind indoor/outdoor circuit. MSVR is extremely proud to again be the sporting provider for this event and you can find out all the details of our partnership with Formula E here.
