The Aston Martin Raceday takes place on the Brands Hatch Indy circuit this Saturday (23 June) with one of Britain's most iconic manufacturers well represented this weekend accompanied by other great marquees.
The line-up will feature several AMOC staples including the AMOC '50s Sports Cars for the Jack Fairman Cup (incorporating the Jaguar XK Challenge), Equipe pre 63 series, AMOC Intermarque Championship and the Aston Martin GT Challenge.
The Aston Martin GT Challenge provides the opportunity for modern GT4 cars to go wheel-to-wheel with each other, with the added drama of pit stops thrown in, whilst the Intermarque Championship pitches various Aston Martins against similar high performance models from Jaguar, Ferrari and Porsche, with cars ranging from the 50s to the 90s.
Brands Hatch is only the second meeting of the season, following an exciting round at Oulton Park and the Indy circuit is the perfect track to witness such stunning machinery unleashed. The swoops and dips add to excitement, with Paddock Hill Bend often described as being like dropping off the edge of the world. A real favourite amongst drivers and fans alike, it's surprisingly difficult to get right with both Druids and Clearways often catching drivers out!
The paddock will be open all weekend too, allowing you to take a closer look at these magnificent machines as they're prepared for battle.
Tickets for the Aston Martin Owners Club Championships at Brands Hatch (23 June) are available online for £12 until midday on Wednesday or on the gate from £16 with free entry for under-13s. For more information, please call 0843 453 9000 or click here.
