Last weekend’s inaugural London Classic Car Show has been hailed a great success. Organised by Brand Events, the company behind Chris Evans’ CarFest events, the show saw a huge selection of classic cars brought together at London’s ExCeL exhibition centre from 8-11 January.
A team of marshals sourced by MSVR were on hand to oversee the “Grand Avenue” where priceless historic cars were able to parade in front of the enthralled crowd. MSVR joins with the event organisers to express their thanks and appreciation for the team’s hard work, together with MSVR’s Chief Scrutineer Chris Mount, who performed the requisite safety checks before the event commenced.
The show featured a tribute to F1-legend Adrian Newey, with a display of cars which have marked the milestones in his career, including three World Championship winning cars from three different teams. At the other end of the hall was a display of iconic Le Mans cars, with the Porsche 956, Bentley Speed 8 and Jaguar XJR9 taking pride of place.
The show returns to London from the 18th-21st February 2016.
