The Monoposto Racing Club is anticipating a memorable year in
2011, after announcing that it will strengthen its partnership with
MotorSport Vision Racing (MSVR).
For the second consecutive season, Monoposto will race
predominantly at MSVR events, including race meetings at Brands
Hatch, Oulton Park, Anglesey, Cadwell Park, Donington Park and the
newly redeveloped Snetterton 300 circuit.
Monoposto is also forging strong links with the newly formed MSV F3
Cup, as the two categories will compete on the same bill for
several events and F3 Cup entrants will become members of the
Monoposto Racing Club.
"This is a very positive move for both clubs," commented Monoposto
chairman Nick Harrison. "It provides a stepping stone for any
Monoposto members wanting to sample a true F3 car while also
providing a friendly paddock atmosphere and excellent race admin
support to the MSV F3 Cup members."
The Monoposto Racing Club will again run double grids at each
meeting to cater for its different classes of vehicle, whilst the
series has already confirmed new entries including bike engined
Speads and Revelation single seaters.
It will also run the Monoposto Nova Awards in 2011, a novice
competition launched by former series champion Simon Davey. The
winning driver will receive two Monoposto race entries in 2012.
