Next Sunday (1 August), the Club MSV Trackday Trophy will make its first non-MSV circuit appearance at Mallory Park, and fifteen entries have already been confirmed for the series' Leicestershire debut.
Mallory Park marks the third round of the novice racing series, which launched at Brands Hatch in March and has since hosted an event at Snetterton. Both outings to date have attracted impressive grids of more than 20 cars, with nine new teams joining the Trackday Trophy for the Norfolk race meeting in June.
Alex Baker, Club MSV Manager, said: "We're really excited about the Mallory Park round as it will be the first time that the Trackday Trophy has ventured from MSV tarmac. The circuit is quite unlike that of Brands Hatch and Snetterton so it should pose some new challenges for both our drivers and their cars!"
A limited number of entries for the Club MSV Trackday Trophy, which is open to individuals or teams of two drivers in a wide variety of cars up to 250bhp/tonne, are still available for Mallory Park at a price of £299 including VAT. Entries will also open shortly for the season finale at Brands Hatch on Saturday 23 October.
