Following the Metzeler National Superstock 600 race at Silverstone, routine eligibility checking procedures were carried out on the machine of #12 Luke Mossey and it was found to have a non homolted cam sprocket, contrary to the MCRCB Superstock Technical Regulations - Article 5.2.7.8.4 (Cam Sprockets or Gears).

Accordingly the following penalty has been imposed in accordance with the MCRCB Judicial Procedures - Article B.4.5.1.2.:

Exclusion of #12 Luke Mossey from the results of the Metzeler National Superstock 600 Championship race at Silverstone.

There has been no appeal against this penalty and therefore the decision is confirmed.
