Metzeler and MSVR are pleased to announce the 2010 Metzeler Superstock Championships will utilize the revolutionary new Metzeler Racetec Interact control tyre and the product will remain at 2009 prices!

Racers in the ultra-competitive Metzeler Superstock 600 and 1000 championships will benefit from the innovative new tyre which has been developed on-track for a fast warm-up time, increased side grip and low sensitivity to heat cycles for consistent wear.

Metzeler felt that their premier race activity required the use of their latest product for both improved lap times and for marketing purposes. The company has also subsidised the tyre prices to remain at last season's levels.

Superstock 600 teams will use K1 front and K2 rear compounds whilst Superstock 1000 squads can choose K1 or K2 compound fronts at the start of the season and retain K2 compound rear tyres. Metzeler Racetec Rain tyres will also remain for wet races.
